Kriterien zur <b>Diagnosestellung von NF1<\/b>. Die diagnostischen Kriterien sind bei einer Person erf\u00fcllt, wenn zwei oder mehr* der folgenden Kriterien vorliegen:<sup>2,3<\/sup><\/p><ul>\n<li>Sechs oder mehr <b>Caf\u00e9-au-lait-Flecken<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Sommersprossen<\/b> in der Achsel- oder Leistengegend<\/li>\n<li>Zwei oder mehr Neurofibrome jeglicher Art oder ein <b>plexiformes Neurofibrom<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Optikusgliom<\/li>\n<li>Zwei oder mehr Lisch-Knoten in der Iris<\/li>\n<li>Eine charakteristische oss\u00e4re L\u00e4sion<\/li>\n<li>Eine heterozygote pathogene NF1-Variante<\/li><\/ul>\n<small>*Eines oder mehrere, wenn bei einem Elternteil der betroffenen Person bereits NF1 diagnostiziert <b>multidisziplin\u00e4ren Ansatz (MDT)<\/b>, an dem Spezialisten mit Erfahrung in der Behandlung von <b>PN im Zusammenhang mit NF1<\/b> beteiligt sind.<sup>3,4<\/sup><br\/>\n<b>Behandlungsm\u00f6glichkeiten<\/b> f\u00fcr Patienten mit PN im Zusammenhang mit NF1 umfassen aktive \u00dcberwachung, symptomatische Therapie, Operation und gezielte medikament\u00f6se Therapie.<sup>4,5<\/sup><br\/>\n<b>Leitlinien zur Behandlung von<\/b> PN im Zusammenhang mit NF1 <b>empfehlen eine medikament\u00f6se Therapie<\/b> als aktive Behandlungsoption f\u00fcr symptomatische PN und inoperable symptomatische
